Full & Drive-By BPOs
Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) are designed to give a current ‘market value’ analysis of a property. A “Full” BPO consists of a total inspection of the property. A “Drive-By” BPO is done by assessing the property “at-a-glance”. Having these services at your disposal with CRS (and not via 3rd party) ensures that the opinion is given honestly, accurately and thoroughly.

Full Appraisals
When necessary, we will conduct a full appraisal of the property. This includes a comparison of other like properties in the area, probable market value, and is done by a licensed real estate broker. It is in our best interest to see that your appraisal is fair, and that you receive a most detailed account of this work.

Full Accountability
